What services do you offer?

We also provide a mobile/travel hair experience, allowing clients to receive select services in the comfort and convenience of their own space. Travel availability, service area and a travel fee may vary, so please review the booking information before scheduling.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Begin by exploring our services and choosing the appointment that best fits your hair-care needs. Complete the appointment request or booking form with as much detail as possible so we can better understand your hair, your goals, and the service you’re interested in. Once your $33 non-refundable deposit is received and your request is reviewed, you’ll receive the next steps for confirming your appointment.

Coiled Rose Studio is built on care, connection, and intention. We understand that sitting in someone’s chair is about more than getting your hair done. It’s an opportunity to relax, reconnect, talk, laugh, and leave feeling refreshed.
Our approach is personal and hands-on. We take the time to understand each client’s hair, preferences, and individual journey rather than treating every appointment the same. As a loc and natural hair care studio, we value healthy hair, beautiful results, attention to detail, and creating an experience where you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for.

How long have you been doing hair?

My love for hair began long before Coiled Rose Studio. I grew up with beautiful memories of my mother doing my hair, filled with laughter, lessons, conversations, and stories that made hair care feel like so much more than simply styling hair.
I have personally cared for and maintained my own locs for seven years, allowing me to experience the loc journey firsthand and develop an even deeper appreciation for the patience, consistency, and care that locs require.
Coiled Rose Studio grew from that personal connection to hair and the desire to create a space where others can experience that same sense of care, confidence, and connection. What started with caring for my own coils has grown into a passion for helping others care for theirs.

Do you specialize in locs?

Yes. Loc care is at the heart of Coiled Rose Studio. We focus on helping clients maintain, care for, and style their locs while respecting each person’s unique loc journey. Whether your locs are new or you’ve been growing them for years, services are approached with care and attention to your individual needs. 
In addition to loc services, Coiled Rose Studio offers natural hair care focused on maintaining, refreshing, moisturizing, and styling natural hair. Services are designed to support the beauty and manageability of your natural texture.

What should I do before my appointment?

  • Have your hair prepped by ensuring it’s clean and product free.
  • Pay $33 non-refundable deposit to secure appointment.
  • Have inspiration photos if necessary. 
  • Provide 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid additional fees.
  • Communicate to stylist if running late.
